De Nekker has a fixed closure period of 2 weeks in late December-early January. This usually coincides with the Christmas holiday.

During the closure period the whole domain is shut. This means: the sport accommodation, Nekki indoor playground, De Nekkerpool swimming pool and the catering facilities are also closed.

Closure period 2021

In 2021 the domain is closed from Thursday 23 December 2021 to Thursday 6 January 2022 inclusive. On Friday 7 January 2022 we will be pleased to welcome you back to the domain.
